Khalla Beale holds a Bachelor of Health Science in Naturopathy and has a passion for creating affordable and sustainable wellness for her clients.

Her down to earth, holistic approach is based on the combination of traditional knowledge and evidence-based scientific research.

She is a firm believer in creating health and wellness through sustainable, affordable lifestyle practices that are realistic and set you up to succeed.

She is an empathetic practitioner who strives to create a non-judgmental and safe environment to nourish your health journey.

With a focus on education and food as medicine she has an excellent knowledge of herbal medicine, nutraceuticals and flower essences which she uses to enhance patient outcomes where required.

Khalla can support all conditions of health; chronic or acute, and has a special interest in fertility, preconception, pregnancy, and postpartum care, as well as general women’s/ menstruating peoples and family health. She loves guiding her clients to wellness, promoting healthy pregnancies, infants, postpartum recovery and happy, healthy families.

Khalla has a large garden where she grows many medicinal herbs and food and raises her own chickens.

  • Rhiannon Hardingham Mentoring (Foundations of Female Reproductive Health) 2023 - Rhiannon is a leading practitioner in Australia, specialising in complex hormonal conditions, infertility, IVF optimisation, and high risk pregnancies, inclusive of the LGBTQIA+ community.

Community Work

  • Victorian Herbalist Association 2022 - Current - Khalla plays an active role as a committee member of the Victorian Herbalist Association - The Victorian Chapter of her association ‘The Naturopaths and Herbalists Association Australia’. Facilitating monthly events providing a stage for accurate and current information on herbal medicine to be shared amongst practitioners and the public. Fostering the growth and development of herbalism within the Victorian community.
